There will be a three hour minimum charge levied for cancellation of services without 24 hours notice except in the case of an emergency or hospitalization.

Services required on statutory holidays will be charged at 1 1/2 times the regular rate (except December 25, December 26, and January 1, at twice the regular rate).

Applicable taxes must be added to all the above fees, and will be shown separately on our invoices.

After hours leave a message with the answering service. If there is an emergency, let the service know and they will contact us immediately.
